INSPECTION & TESTING
Guaranteed Flawless Quality
Quality—especially durability and safety—is crucial in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS). Manufacturing defects must be detected early and comprehensively. This requires a well-structured testing environment. Our extensive quality assurance includes ICT testing, visual inspection, AOI inspection, and Flying Probe testing. In addition, we develop the customized testing concept and test equipment for your assembly.
AOI Inspection
Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) is a state-of-the-art method for quality control. High-resolution cameras and image-processing algorithms are used to examine electronic components and PCBs for defects.
AOI ensures our products meet the highest quality standards. From inspecting solder joints on PCBs to detecting surface defects, AOI enables us to identify even the smallest irregularities.
This enables us to guarantee not only the highest quality of our products, but also reliability and safety for our customers.
Benefits of AOI Inspection:
Functional Testing
Functional testing is crucial for ensuring the quality and reliability of electronic devices. Components, assemblies, or finished products are tested for correct functionality using various measurements and procedures to verify that all parts operate properly and communicate effectively.
Functional testing is performed using specially developed and built functional testers.
Functional testing typically includes tests such as checking the voltage and power supply, measuring signals and pulses, testing communication between different components, and validating input and output interfaces.
Benefits of Functional Testing:
Flying Probe Test
The flying probe test is a testing method used in electronics manufacturing to check the functionality of printed circuit boards and electronic assemblies. Unlike in-circuit testing (ICT), which uses a special test adapter, the flying probe test uses movable test probes controlled by programmable robotic arms.
In the flying probe test, the test probes are automatically moved across the surface of the printed circuit board to establish electrical connections and perform various tests. These tests include measuring resistances, voltages, continuities, and capacitances, as well as verifying the functionality of components and circuits.
Advantages of the Flying Probe Test:
